Fernhill F.C are pleased to announce the following coaching staff for the 2012 season.
Fernhill are pleased to welcome back Alan Paine as Coaching Coordinator, his vast experience and knowledge will be a huge asset to the club's coaching and player direction and business plan values as the club strives for continued improvement on the 2011 season.
Alan’s enthusiasm will no doubt be a key indicator on this progress as his style of attacking football will bring the best of the club's playing roster within the youth grade and first grade sides, Alan's direction will be to assist the Coaches and player's being developed to standard that will help the club long term as the players from Youth grade will be able to step up into First Grade when the opportunity arises.

First grade will no doubt also be heavily influenced by this direction as well as the club welcomes Alan Boyle to the First Grade position. Alan has just completed his level 3 certificate and has been active in the club's fitness programme in previous years, however the club is looking forward to harnessing Alan Boyle work ethics and knowledge to put the club's first grade side in a competitive position in 2012.

Ian Rankine has been retained as Youth grade coach and no doubt will benefit from Alan's Paines experience as he prepares the Youth grade side to follow on a fairly successful 2011 and with a few players moving on due to age restrictions out of this squad, he now has the opportunity to start fresh with some new exciting young players recently signed.

The Club believes this coaching set up will be most successful and thank the coaches already for their off season commitment and look forward to be a most competitive club in the Premier League season of 2012.
